About us
delta one academy has been established by Claus Hecher in April 2013 and is primarily offering education and sales training about Exchange Traded Products. Claus Hecher has over 25 years experience in capital markets. He is a specialist for ETFs, derivatives and structured products.
After graduating in business administration from Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich, he spent 16 years at Deutsche Bank as an equity derivates specialist in Frankfurt, Zurich and London. As next steps he was running Sales for equity structured products at US investment bank Bear, Stearns and at French Natixis Corporate and Investment Bank. In 2008 he became head of Sales for iShares ETFs in Germany and Austria at BlackRock and was holding this position as Managing Director for the global market leader until spring 2012. Then he was consulting French quantitative ETF boutique Ossiam on its market entry strategy in Germany and Austria.
Claus Hecher is also an author. He published his book „Anlegen wie die Profis mit ETFs“ in German language in May 2013.
